VICTORIA

Following a three day drive down from Sydney with some beautiful stopovers, we spent three fantastic days in Melbourne. On one of those days we had the good fortune to have a Melbourne native and good friend Dave Pratt give up his entire day to show us around this beautiful city. On another we took the time (gratefully in retrospect), to go and watch Shane Warne make his comeback to cricket in the first of the newly introduced "Big Bash" series at the MCG. Thereafter we drove the amazing "Great Ocean Road" - taking the time to get down to the beaches and really appreciate the forces of nature that formed the Twelve Apostles, before heading back to Sydney with an interesting overnight stay in Albury, which was like taking a 50 year step back in time.
